📦 When will your order arrive?
Delivery times begin counting from the shipping confirmation:

• In Main Cities, deliveries are made within 2 to 5 business days.

⏰ During sales or high-demand periods, delivery time may extend up to 7 business days due to the high volume of orders.

Important: For the rest of the country, deliveries may extend an additional 3 to 5 days.

📦 Track your order

Once your purchase is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number, sent to the same email / phone number you used when making the purchase.

• On holidays or special dates, deadlines may extend by 1 to 2 additional business days.

📧 Did you not receive the tracking number?

Before responding to an inquiry about this, we internally verify that the customer has correctly entered their email address or WhatsApp number. Frequently, this field is left blank or contains errors.
