📅 When will the order arrive?
Estimated delivery times start counting from payment confirmation:
• Regular time: between 2 and 5 business days.
• Product offers: 7 to 10 business days.
🔎 How to track the shipping status?
Once the order is dispatched, an 📧 email / whatsapp with the tracking number is sent.
With that number, the customer can check the real-time status of the package at any time through the carrier's website.
📝 Important information to consider:
• 🛑 Holidays, long weekends, or special dates (such as Christmas) may
extend deadlines by 1 to 2 more days.
• If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, the carrier leaves a 📬
Visit Notice and tries again; if the order cannot be delivered again, the package will remain at the nearest branch. (The customer can call the carrier, provide their tracking code, and inquire about picking it up with their ID and waybill number.)
What happens if the package returns to origin?
If the package is not picked up on time and returns to our warehouse, the customer must
contact the store to arrange a new order, but this time they must
make an advance payment as our company cannot make 2 shipments to a customer
who did not receive the package in the first instance.

delays.
